Questions & Reflections in pregnancy with Almar Vignal
A 2-hour workshop (either in-person or virtual), exploring a holistic approach to pregnancy, birth and parenthood through reflections, exercises, and discussion. Clients will have the option to book a complimentary 1-hour follow-up session.
