The Antenatal Bloom Package
Pregnancy is a time to slow down, get informed and look after yourself. This package puts nine hours of expert one-to-one support in one place, much of it in your own home, so you settle into your pregnancy knowing you have everything taken care of.

Pregnancy & birth preparation support packages in your home

What's included:

Midwife-led antenatal session (2 hours, in person)
Unhurried one-to-one time with an experienced midwife. Explore your birth options, talk through your preferences and ask the questions you haven't had time to ask anywhere else.

Hypnobirthing foundations or breathwork (2 hours)
Learn calming, practical techniques to release fear, build confidence and help you feel in control during labour, whatever kind of birth you have.
​
Preparing to feed your baby (2 hours)
Expert antenatal feeding preparation with an IBCLC-certified lactation consultant, the highest qualification in infant feeding support. Feel ready and confident from the very first feed, however you choose to feed.
​
Pregnancy massage at home (2 hours)
Deep relaxation without leaving the house. Ease aches and tension and give your body the care it deserves.
​
Osteopathy or craniosacral therapy at home (1 hour)
Gentle hands-on treatment to support your changing body, improve comfort and help you feel balanced as birth gets closer.

Three nourishing freezer meals, made by a postnatal doula
Wholesome home-cooked meals prepared before your baby arrives. When you come home, food is sorted, and you can focus on resting, recovering and getting to know your baby.
