Together, through storytelling, journaling, art practices, and birth education, we'll explore how myth and symbol can become maps for what can feel unmappable — and how, in following the thread inward, you can find your own guidance waiting there.

 

Over the two days, we'll explore:

• How narrative and symbol help us navigate the unknown

• The labyrinth as a map for the rhythms and thresholds of birth

• Practices for listening to your inner voice and cultivating trust in pregnancy, birth, and the postnatal period

Alma Vignal is a qualified midwife turned holistic birth practitioner and antenatal teacher specialising in accompanying women and their families through the internal landscape of pregnancy, birth and early parenthood​.

Chase Wilmot is a birth doula and life coach guiding families through the transformation of birth using art, education, and psychospiritual principals to empower and heal.
