Trusting the Inner Guide:
Preparing for Birth Through Story, Symbolism, and Inner Listening
Through the folk tale of Vasilisa and the ancient symbol of the Labyrinth, we'll explore birth as a journey of inner transformation: a well-worn path that does not have to be walked alone.
Together, through storytelling, reflection, journaling, and birth education, we'll explore how myth and symbol can become maps for what can feel unmappable — and how, in following the thread inward, you can find your own guidance waiting there.
Over the two evenings, we'll explore:
-
How narrative and symbol help us navigate the unknown
-
The labyrinth as a map for the rhythms and thresholds of birth
-
Practices for listening to your inner voice and cultivating trust in pregnancy, birth, and the postnatal period
This is a space of community, permission, and presence. A place to be met where you are, both by your Self and by other women walking a similar path.
