I am a birth and postnatal doula with a holistic approach, which means your baby's and your physical well-being are as important as your emotional, spiritual, and mental health. My aim is to empower you to find strength and joy in this incredible rite of passage, helping you trust your instincts and have a positive birth experience.

I began my doula journey after having my own child, which made me realise how challenging it can be to navigate the conflicting advice we are often given while also trusting our intuition. Whether you're planning a home or hospital birth, medicated or unmedicated, I can help you create a birth and postpartum plan that uplifts both your body and mind.

Every birth is unique. I offer evidence-based information and heart-centred care to guide you in making informed decisions that align with your personal values and feelings. You can expect warm, intuitive, and dedicated support no matter how your birth unfolds.

About Me

Born in Honolulu to an Indonesian mother and a French father, I moved from the South of France to London in 2001 to study at Goldsmiths, University of London, and I’ve been living here ever since.

Following the birth of my little boy, during which I was supported by two amazing doulas, I felt a calling to support other mothers and left my career in film. I completed a 9-month Expansive Doula training with Nurturing Birth, gaining a deep understanding of the physical, emotional, and informational support parents need during childbirth and beyond.

I’m fluent in French, English, and Indonesian, and my multicultural background shapes my inclusive approach to care. Alongside private clients, I work with the Happy Baby Community, providing doula services to asylum-seeking women who have fled trafficking and violence.

I believe every mother deserves to have a doula, regardless of financial circumstances, and I would love to hear from you and answer any questions you may have.
