Pregnancy Osteopathy
Pregnancy brings about significant changes in your body, many of which can result in discomfort or pain.
Osteopathic treatment can help address pregnancy-related musculoskeletal issues, such as back pain, pelvic girdle pain, and postural changes. By focusing on gentle techniques, osteopathy can help alleviate discomfort and improve your overall well-being during pregnancy.
Osteopathic care during pregnancy aims to:
‣ Support the body as it undergoes physiological changes
‣ Help relieve common pregnancy-related discomforts, including back pain, pelvic pain, and general aches.
‣ Provide relief from muscle tension and improve circulation.
‣ Promote relaxation and reduce stress, which can benefit both mother and baby.
I use a combination of osteopathic treatment, therapeutic massage and Rebozo. These treatments are designed to support your body through the physical and emotional demands of pregnancy.
Please note that these therapies are considered complementary to regular antenatal care.

She treats adults, children, babies, pregnant and postpartum women. Her practice mainly consists of cranial osteopathy, and she also uses gentle and non-invasive visceral and structural techniques allowing her to treat acute, chronic and complex conditions.
Her whole-person approach allows her to support emotional well-being and balance, and help treat the effects of stress and anxiety on the body. She is currently furthering her knowledge and skillset in paediatric osteopathy at the well-known Osteopathic Centre for Children.
