Dunya Ntinizi
Feminine Embodiment Practitioner and the creator of the Somapresence Method

I am a Feminine Embodiment Practitioner and the creator of the Somapresence Method—a somatic and energetic approach to movement and bodywork that nurtures presence, vitality, and resilience. My practice is deeply informed by my own journey of transformation, shaped by movement, healing, and a profound trust in the body’s wisdom.
Of Congolese origin, born in France and living in London for over 20 years, I bring a rich cultural perspective to my work. I am also a mother, a role that continues to ground and inspire my connection to the cycles of life, transition, and renewal.
My intention is to support women in connecting deeply with their bodies during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I offer Somapresence Movement Practice, a gentle somatic approach that awakens presence and flow, and Somapresence Touch Therapy, a nurturing form of bodywork that restores balance and deep listening in the body. Through these practices, I hold space for resilience, self-trust, and empowerment—supporting each woman to move through these profound transitions with greater ease, joy, and inner alignment.
I believe that our feminine strength often lies just beyond the threshold of stress, pain, or disconnection, and I am dedicated to guiding others toward that place of renewal and embodied confidence.
The Art of Self-Mothering
Motherhood became my most profound teacher. In the midst of nurturing my daughter, I discovered the art of self-mothering—a practice of radical self-compassion and spiritual regeneration. This journey taught me to tend to myself physically, emotionally, and spiritually, creating a wellspring of resilience that could nourish not just my child, but my entire community.
Today, I hold space for women ready to honour their own becoming, to dance with their challenges, and to discover the profound wisdom that lives within their bodies.
