Join me so I can build you up to remind you of your incredible birthing power! I will walk you through physiology of labour and birth and those early days of motherhood.  The intention on this day is you remind you or your birthing wisdom and autonomy and prepare you with a toolkit full of support and information to empower yourself in your birth. Our team will become part of your birthy village to hold you on your journey for the 2nd,3rd,or 4th time!
